This recovery-focused class is based on the latest concepts in myofascial release & movement which provide stretching, compression and sustained pressure into restricted areas of fascia (connective tissue) in the body to eliminate pain and restore motion. Releases will be followed by gentle movement patterns to reset the body. It is related to forms of structural bodywork, which work on the body as a whole to allow the fascial system to return to its correct position, length and function. The results can be increased flexibility as well as more efficient and pain-free movement patterns.
