Sound healing

Sound is a powerful tool that can raise our awareness of how our bodies and emotions feel. Is my jaw clenched? What is the pace of my breathing? What emotions do I feel with the sounds?

Mel Beyond Yoga will guide participants through breath work, gentle stretching, and a vocal activation exercise before being bathed in harmonic sounds from crystal alchemy singing bowls. Sound energy supports the mind and body to enter a deep state of relaxation, and helps balance the physical, emotional, and energetic body.
