Whether you dance for fun or are working toward performance goals, your training and fueling should support what dance asks of your body. This session looks at what affects injury risk in adult dancers, including training habits, movement patterns, aging, and recovery, and helps dancers of all levels build balanced, flexible fueling habits.

Join us to learn practical, evidence-based strategies from two dance-specialized health professionals:

  • Dr. Lisa Clarkson, DPT, OCS, IFMCP — Physical Therapist & Former Professional Dancer

  • Melissa Lineburg, MS, CNS, LDN — Licensed Dietitian, Nutritionist & Professional Ballet Dancer

Minimum of 13 participants required. If the minimum is not met by November 11th the workshop will be canceled and registrants fully refunded.
