Sound Meditation to Support Mental Health

Sound is a powerful tool that can raise our awareness of how our bodies and emotions feel - . Is my jaw clenched? What is the pace of my breathing? What emotions do I feel with the sounds?

Mel Beyond Yoga will guide participants through breath work, gentle stretching, and a vocal activation exercise before being bathed in harmonic sounds from crystal alchemy singing bowls. Sound energy supports the mind and body to enter a deep state of relaxation, and helps balance the physical, emotional, and energetic body. 

This event is being offered free to highlight Mental Health Awareness Month and to support the mental health of the LMP community.
