Lauren is a dance graduate of Old Dominion University with performance and teaching credits spanning the Kennedy Center, BET, and CW Network, among others. A longtime leader in the DMV dance community, she founded a community-based dance workshop series and later a wellness-focused movement organization. Lauren brings energy, professional experience, and a genuine love of bringing people together to her Youth Hip Hop class. Lauren is also the founder and director of The Lion's Den DMV, an independent resident company at Local Motion Project.
